GENERAL

Motion Chapel is a brand by Motion Chapel Ltd and is registered in County Roscommon, Ireland.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the motionchapel.com website (the “Service”) operated by Motion Chapel (“us”, “we”, or “our”). These terms and conditions govern the way in which we supply our products to you.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are hereby reserved.

You agree to review this agreement periodically to ensure that you are aware of any amendments to this agreement, which may be made at any time.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

PURCHASES, PRICING AND PAYMENT

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your country of residence and credit card issuing country (in accordance to the EU VAT regulation) and your email address.

When placing an order, you agree to sign up for our newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We use Stripe as third party payment provider. Payment for the products must be made at the point of purchase. You agree to provide payment for the Products in Euro (€) currency and you will be liable to pay any relevant conversion charges, as well as applicable sales tax in your region.

We reserve our right to review and change the pricing of any of our products. This will not affect products that have already been purchased.

In the future, Motion Chapel may begin VAT registered. As per the VAT standard of EU we are then obligated to charge VAT at the rate that applies in Ireland if you are a resident in EU. A customer’s location needs to be proved using two non-conflicting pieces of proof. We determine the location using (1) Credit card country and (2) Country from billing details page.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title and interest in intellectual property rights relating to the Motion Chapel Products shall exclusively be owned by Motion Chapel Ltd or their respective authors. While you may utilise the intellectual property, you understand that there shall be no transfer of ownership of the same. Nothing that you see or read in the Products may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, republished, displayed or performed for commercial use. All other trademarks, service marks and trade names in this material are the marks of the respective owners and any unauthorised use is prohibited.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

We take your privacy very seriously and commit to protect all personal information transferred to us in the process of using our Service.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Motion Chapel.

Handstand Factory has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Motion Chapel shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

MOTION CHAPEL EVENTS

If you would like to cancel your already booked and paid spot on a Motion Chapel event please consider first if you can transfer your registration to someone else. You can also get in touch and ask whether there is a waiting list for this particular event. For this, simply drop us an email at motionchapel@gmail.com with the following information: The event title, location and date your name and the persons name that will take your place the new attendees email address.

In the case of an injury or sickness preventing you from taking part in the event, you will be able to receive a refund up until the retreat, provided you send us a doctors note attesting to your circumstances. You will receive a full refund.

If the event is cancelled from Motion Chapel Ltd, a full refund will be given of all sign ups of the cancelled event. Motion Chapel and the workshop presenters take no responsibility for non refundable travel and accommodation expenses. Please make sure to wait until final event confirmation to book any non refundable travel. We advise you to always have travel insurance when you travel to any events abroad.

Motion Chapel takes no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings, injuries or similar.
