Volunteer & Stay With Us

We always welcome creatives/artists who would like to spend some time here and work on their practice while volunteering.

Volunteering includes access to our common and office areas, a bedroom (depending on availability a double bed or a bed in the dorm room) as well as support in transfers to/from the train station and to the shops for groceries. Shared kitchen facilities are available, and we usually share a lunch or dinner with whomever is in the space at any time, and share the preparation. When the chapel space is not in use, you are welcome to use that also.

Volunteering tasks include chopping/carrying firewood, some gardening, clearing the outdoor space with us and whatever else comes up- all in conversation with you and depending on your abilities and interests. We would aim for 3-4 hours a day, and can discuss depending on your creative work and needs.
